I have been working in care services for 28 years and have specialised in management of nursing services for most of this time. I have been fortunate enough to work in hospital settings and the community which has shaped my career and what’s more, knowledge. My hands on caring approach is authentic and sets a bench mark for expected standards amongst my teams.

I pride myself on having the necessary qualifications, skill and competence to carry out my role effectively as Director of operations for Asprey – offering direct support to residents  and staff on a day to day basis over both homes is fundamental so I can standardise the delivery and unify. Although I studied law alongside working at the local hospital some years ago, I quickly learnt that Law was not the vocation for me as my dedication to healthcare became more apparent –  so safely I stored my certificates and returned to healthcare.

My empathy and drive will ensure each and every individual living in our care homes have access to the essential care required to meet their needs and supported by a caring team of skilled staff who will endeavour to place our residents at the centre of everything they do.
